The Regulation Rep: in your next tense moment, take one visible breath before speaking. Not hidden, not subtle — let people see you choosing to pause. That visible pause is leadership.

Ask yourself: "Am I holding a standard I'm not living?" Pick one area where your behavior doesn't match what you ask of others. Close that gap by 10% this week.

Practice receiving help. This week, let one person do something for you that you normally handle yourself. Modeling receptivity is as powerful as modeling strength.
