So I built the architecture for the return. The Energy Star Chart measures 9 leadership capacities backed by peer-reviewed science. It detects when depletion is blocking access to real capacity. And your scores are designed to change. You are not a fixed type. I built it because I needed it first. I was the stretched leader. Performing well. Coming home empty. Running on borrowed energy and calling it discipline. These tools changed my own pattern before I offered them to anyone else.
The Energy Star Chart traces back to a question my mom planted when I was a kid. She handed me Linda Goodman's Star Signs. She was reading the sky the way a coach reads a person. Looking for patterns. For strengths. For what was blocked and what was available. That curiosity led me to the Reticular Activating System research. The Energy Star Chart is the adult, evidence-based version of mom's question.
Why 143? One letter. Four letters. Three letters. I love you. That is the foundation. Not as a platitude. As an operating condition. Self-directed compassion lowers cortisol. Self-criticism spikes it. A regulated nervous system sustains high standards. A shamed one collapses. The number is not decoration. It is the principle the entire system is built on.

Be The Light is not a goal you set. It is the state you return to when Rays 1 through 8 stop competing. It is what is already true underneath when nothing is blocking the access.
