- Start inside two minutes. Not after the meeting. Not after lunch. Now.
- Avoid quality debate during ignition. Start before you edit.
- Name the next micro-step immediately after the first one lands.
- Reinforce the action with a REP receipt. One sentence about what you just did.
- Repeat at the same cue tomorrow. Momentum compounds.
