How long does the team assessment take?

Most people complete the full 143-question Energy Star Chart in 12 to 18 minutes. It can run asynchronously, so your team completes it on their own schedule before the debrief session.

How is the aggregate data handled?

Individual results are private. Aggregate data is anonymized by default. N>=5 before any team data surfaces. The governance model is explained in full before any deployment begins.

How does this differ from DISC or StrengthsFinder?

Those assessments measure fixed traits and return labels. The 143 measures trainable capacities and returns a map that moves. Weekly retakes create behavioral delta data. Scores are designed to change with practice. That is the whole point.

What does an enterprise engagement start with?
